Hello Everyone, and welcome to Life Coaching Ke. I am a Psychologist, Sports psychologist, Life coach and Art therapist.
Psychology has always been my passion. Finding balance in life is one of the hardest things to attain. Fortunately, through higher education and practice, I was able to achieve this balance.
This enabled me to find my life purpose- sharing this knowledge and helping those around me attain the same feeling.
We are all on a journey to find our life purpose and live a full and happy life, and that is where life coaching is most helpful.

As a certified sports psychologist, Vanessa highlights the pressures that come with keeping an active life as an adult, the best ways to deal with injuries, and more.

This involves focusing on different factors that lead to a deteriorating mental state, how to be aware of what is going on, and giving you guidance that shall help improve your state thus contributing to a healthier, more fulfilling, and happier life.
