Never hated, never deceitful
Always happy, always helpful
Always loyal, always appreciative
These were the traits of a young woman who lived her entire life striving to always be a good person and live with a happy heart.
Living day-by-day selling her vegetables with a smile that started at one end of her face and ended at the other.
Even though she didn’t have much, she always gave
Always giving to people who did in fact have more than she did, not because she felt she would get something in return but because of the size of her heart.
Mama Njeri, a lady who touched the lives of many and demonstrated incredible work ethic, always found a way to help those she loved even though they may have done her wrong. Always proving that a child should not pay for the mistakes of their parents and opened her home to many.
Through knowing Mama Njeri, I learnt several valuable lessons which I want to share with you
